    Does anyon know how to make gels harden? I am currently using carboxy methyl cellulose or CMC and acusol 820 but I don't know if it will work. Any idea? This is for a soap formulation. Specifically Block detergent.

    I believe the major resonance structure of the carbocation is the most significant structure and the one that the molecule spends most of its time infor benzyl carbocation its just a ring structure with 3 alternating double bonds so it doesn't have a major resonance structure. also the molecule is symmetrical therefore there is no regioselectivity
